Why The Move?
Headquartered in Glasgow, T-SQUARED has satellite offices around the country, including a Swindon base, which opened in 2008 as an alternative serviced office provider.
However, the team was looking for new offices that offered great flexibility, and we are delighted they chose Rombourne’s Kingston House.
Feedback From The Directors
The Swindon office at Rombourne, which they took on last autumn, is led by Directors Paul Haddock and Connor McAleer.
Paul picks up the story:
“Swindon is really well located for reaching our clients, as it’s an excellent service corridor along the M4 and Rombourne itself is perfect, located so close to the motorway junction.
“The flexibility our previous serviced offices offered disappeared. As our contract approached its renewal date, we decided to look for the sort of friendly environment we had been used to.
“Rombourne has been refurbished, so the building and facilities are much nicer and it also has air conditioning. There is a really professional and friendly reception team who are answering our calls and looking after us.
“We wanted somewhere reliable, accessible and somewhere great to work. Plus, they have excellent meeting rooms we can use when we need to.
“All of us travel to work from various locations, only two live in Swindon, so again, we need somewhere easy to get to.”
Paul was also delighted that he was allowed use his own company’s designers and team to make alterations to the Rombourne office space they chose.
“They allowed us to make our own changes, so we built two small modules within the space, one for myself and one for Connor. Because we are in construction, we could bring in our own people to design and carry out the work. Having that flexibility was really important to us.
“We are very happy with the finished office space, plus we have room for some expansion as we continue to grow the business.”
